Professionally, Kelli brings over three decades of experience across academic, government and commercial sectors. Her career began working in the service sector, followed by a role as an operations manager for a local construction company. She then moved into procurement and worked with Ernst and Young consultants on a UK government-funded infrastructure project. These experiences built an early foundation in transparency, internal controls and reporting that still shapes her approach today. After earning an MBA, she went on to hold leadership roles in business operations and governance with specific expertise managing high-value, complex contracts, projects, and budgets. For the last seven years she held formal security clearance to apply her work at the interface of academia and the British intelligence agencies.
Kelli is a third generation Orange County local who lived and worked the UK for 20 years. Personally, she’s navigated some of life’s challenges such as, helping her aging parents remain organized and independent; growing a start-up and helping small business owners manage the relentless demands; moving her family and personal finances abroad; navigating complex immigration processes; and juggling competing demands of a professional and personal life. Kelli is an enthusiastic sports competitor, receiving silver and bronze medals at the World and UK Masters Rowing competitions. Her personal values of commitment, tenacity and precision are woven into her work ethic - the same rigor she brings to her clients.
